Terms
By purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and conditions. No other terms shall apply except as agreed in writing signed by us. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders. Applicable law may prevent the sale of some products in your area.
Prices; Payment
Prices, title and risk of loss are F.O.B. our warehouse. Prices and shipping charges are listed before checkout. Payment due at the time the order is placed Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Returns
All sales on tools are final.
If shipment appears damaged don't pay freight unless damage is marked on bill by carrier. A return authorization is required for all returns. Orders for parts may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order at a 20% restocking fee, all sales will be final after the 30 days. All tools are final sales unless the tool was damaged or deemed defective upon delivery. Returns will only be accepted in their original packaging and in full carton quantities.
Limited Warranty
Our only warranty obligation is to replace any item proved defective in material or workmanship. All other warranties, express or implies, including without limitation the implied warranties of mechantability and fitness for purose, are disclaimed.
Liability
We shall not be liable in contract, warranty, tort, or otherwise for consequential, special, exemplary or incidental damages. In no event shall our liability exceed the purchase price. Enforcing the limited replacement rights in your exclusive remedy.
Information
Information about products is as provided by our supplier. We make no warranty or representation concerning such information.
Some products sold by us contain ingredients know to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Upon request, we will furnish you with material safety data sheets for hazardous substances as defined by OSHA.
Obligations
You warrant, represent and agree: (1) to comply with all laws; (2) that our sale and shipment of the product will not, by export thereof, your legal status or otherwise, cause us to violate any law; and (3) to indemnify us against any losses from a failure by you or a third party to comply with law or these terms and conditions, or from use of the product.
